Terms of Service

1. Engagement Agreement

By accessing this interface or initiating a project request, you agree to these terms. "Services" refers to all security auditing, development, and consulting provided by Rayane Nour.

2. Intellectual Property

>> CLIENT ASSETS: You retain full ownership of all data and existing codebases provided for work.
>> DELIVERABLES: Upon final payment, ownership of all custom code and reports created specifically for your project transfers to you. We retain the right to reuse generic utility libraries and design patterns.

3. Limitations on Liability

Security is an arms race. While we adhere to OWASP Top 10 and industry-leading standards, we cannot guarantee immunity from all future zero-day exploits. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our deployments.

4. Payment & Termination

>> PAYMENT: 50% upfront deposit is standard for project commencement.
>> TERMINATION: Either party may terminate with written notice. Completed work must be compensated pro-rata.
